Paying for order is quite easy with us. You may use internet banking, cash on delivery or pay online through our trusted payment gateway.

Once you have placed the order followed by payment accepted and received, the receipt will be generated and reach to your provided email inbox.

Within UAE, we ship instantly once the order payment has been confirmed and will take 2 to 3 working days from the date of purchase. For the orders which are inquiry based and are placed out of UAE, we declare the estimated time for delivery on the quotation provided for acceptance.

Surely, these products can be ordered. On sending the inquiry, we will promptly reach back to the customer and after obtaining the information needed, we will send the quotation which will contain all the information of order, price, and delivery time.

We have a promotion policy which we run occasionally to facilitate our customers with discounts and complimentary gifts.

We are one of the few companies in the UAE who give the customer a cooling off period. Despite you have ordered a product of your choice, you still have 7 days no questions asked return facility subjected to product in its original packing and unopened.

Free Demo is the facility for our clients who wish to experience ‘power chair’ before buying it. This facility is provided once we are satisfied that customer has accepted all the details and specification provided already and the demo can be only provided within the UAE.

If the product is not used and not compromised from its first-hand condition, you can replace the product with same value or above within the 14 days of purchase or you will be provided a ‘credit note’ valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

As we are selling variety of the products, the warranty may vary. We have declared the warranty of each product in ‘‘’product details’ area. Our powerchairs mostly come with 1 year warranty on electronic parts.

We sell and ship the products in mostly all countries in GCC and also in South Asia. We provide all after sales support from the UAE and abilities has no branch any where in the UAE or abroad.

Particularly for our powerchair range, we keep all the spare parts of units we sell. Moreover, we can provide online support and pay visit to your facility for any issues. This support is free of charge within warranty period.
