Purchase Policy


In the UAE, we will deliver the purchased product within 2 to 3 working days.

The given delivery period is approximate & indicated. It is based on the present condition and subjected to delay by reason of acts of weather, strikes, lockouts, fires, or any other contingency.

The shipment delivery times may vary for order placed from outside of the UAE. We recommend you contact us before buying in that case by our contact form or writing to info@abilities.ae or call directly to the contact numbers provided.

The customer invoice and delivery note will be provided for customer record. The customer has to sign the copy of delivery note for acceptance of shipment and record.

Return & Refund

To return your product, you should send us an email on info@abilities.ae and we will discuss the matter with you.

We provide cooling off period of 7days in which customer can return the product, subjected to that product is not opened from its original packing and not been used. Customer will bear the cost of the return of item to our provided location. We will give confirmation in the writing for receiving the product back to us.

If the product is not used and not compromised from its first-hand condition, you can replace the product with same value or above within the 14 days of purchase or you will be provided a ‘credit note’ valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Following products are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Any custom-made product will not be refunded
  • Advance payment for custom made orders/ pre ordered/ ordered based purchases will not be refunded.
  • Orthopedic/rehabilitation aid products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, subjected to the individual case.

Any custom order(s) waiting for collection more than 30 days from the date of the confirmation to collect will be returned to supplier, any advance payment will not be refunded in this case.

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@abilities.ae

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. First, we will do the due inspection at your facility or at ours stores.

If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@abilities.com and we will contact you for further procedure.

Cancellation Policy

Customer can cancel their order before the product in shipped to the provided address; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Once you will get the confirmation through us that product is shipped, cancellation can not be done. It will be then, the matter of “return item”.

We recommend that customer keeps record of all communication for cancellation, return and refund for sake of better understanding about their order.
